Frequent Questions
What Should My Child Bring To Be Prepared For Camp?
Campers should be packed with a lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, a water bottle, hat, running shoes and sunscreen. Also, as accidents do happen we ask that all parents provide their children with an extra pair of clothing!
What Is Included In My Camp Fees?
Everything! We do not require any additional payments after you have selected the summer package that is right for you! That includes access to all workshops, guest visitors, field trips, any swag listed in the package you choose and Friday pizza lunches!
What Is Your Refund Policy?
100% Refunds will be given if requested 3 weeks or more prior to the chosen Week(s) beginning.
50% Refunds will be given if requested 2-3 weeks prior to the chosen Week(s) beginning.
0% Refunds will be given if requested less than 2 weeks prior to the chosen Week(s) beginning.
(1 Week = 7 Calendar Days)
What Discounts Do You Offer?
10% Sibling Discounts applied to the same week(s) that two (or more) siblings attend.
10% 4 Week Bundle Discounts are applied to ANY four Weeks that any ONE camper attends.
A $520 Discount is applied to a Full Summer signup!!
What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
Most of our transactions are processed online via Credit Card or E-transfer. Cash and Cheque can also be accepted.
When Is My Spot Secured?
Spots are secured as soon as we receive FIRST payment from you. That could be an initial 30% Deposit, initial 25% Monthly Payment Instalment or Full Payment up front. A Welcome Package will then be sent to you with some general information regarding summer camp!
My Child Has Allergies And/Or Medical Needs, What Are Your Procedures For Handling This?
All parents must sign registration and medical forms for their children before any participation in our camp can begin. We also ask that parents update us on the medical and/or other needs of their child if any exist. We also ensure that our campers, councelors and our locations, whether they be indoors, outdoors or on field trips, have the medical equipment necessary in the case of an emergency.
What Is Your Camper - Counselor Ratio?
15:1 For each 15 campers there will be one staff member. On field trips our ratios go down to approximately 10:1 & 5:1 depending on the destination
What Is The Shortest Program Length I Can Purchase?
Our shortest purchasable program length is for 1 week ($450 +tax). Parents can also customize their summer camp schedules as needed (For example: adding Before and/or After care)
How Many Weeks Total Is Summer Camp?
Our summer camp runs for a total of 9 weeks! 7 weeks out of our main camp location and 2 weeks of Excursion Camp!
